Day Two

9:30-11:00Exploring Engagement, Impact and Change
Within this practical workshop, we will take a deeper look at the intersections of engagement, impact and systemic change within development research. Through discussing examples and case studies, we will explore critical themes related to how impact is defined, measured, evaluated, reported and sustained, and reflect on the implications for how research contributes to change. The final part of the session will focus on creating a personalised action plan where participants are encouraged to think about what they can do in their roles to work towards research as a pathway for transformation in development research.
