CeSPI, the Center For International Policy Studies, is an independent association and nonprofit, based in Rome, Italy. It was founded in 1985 and undertakes policy-oriented research on international action, development, and enlargement within the European Union, considering the implications in relation to Italian foreign policies.

The institute's research is organised along four main lines covering geopolitical scenarios, the European agenda, development and migration, with regional attention to the Western Balkans, the Mediterranean, Sub-Saharan Africa, the Americas and Asia. Alongside its research, CeSPI runs thematic observatories, among them the National Observatory on the Financial Inclusion of Migrants, carries out evaluations of development and social programmes, and coordinates the International Doctoral School on the SDGs.
