All conference participants are required to register. This applies whether you are attending the conference with or without participating in a panel as a presenter.

Reduced Fees and Fee Waivers
A limited number of funds were available to support fee waivers. Please note that applications for fee waivers closed on 26th February 2026.
You may still apply for a discount only if you meet the eligibility criteria listed below and complete the corresponding application form correctly.
To apply for a reduced conference fee, you need to:
Either: Be based in a low- or middle-income country according to the World Bank classification
Or: Be based in a high-income country and be unemployed
Or: Be an IOB student or alumni
Complete the application form available here if you meet the eligibility criteria
Note: if you apply for a reduced fee or a fee waiver, we will get back to you by email. Please do not start the registration process before hearing back from us about your application.
