All conference participants are required to register. This applies whether you are attending the conference with or without participating in a panel as a presenter.

To register, you must first create a Conftool account (click here). Once your account is set up, please select “Register as participant.”

Become an EADI Member

You can still become an EADI member and benefit from the members fee.

Reduced Fees and Fee Waivers

A limited number of funds were available to support fee waivers. Please note that applications for fee waivers closed on 26th February 2026.

You may still apply for a discount only if you meet the eligibility criteria listed below and complete the corresponding application form correctly.

To apply for a reduced conference fee, you need to: 

• Either: Be based in a low- or middle-income country according to the World Bank classification

• Or: Be based in a high-income country and be unemployed 

• Or: Be an IOB student or alumni
