Debates about inclusive methodologies, co-production of knowledge and decoloniality have gathered pace over recent years. Yet, despite recent critiques, academic papers and conference presentations continue to reproduce ‘Western’- centric theories and practices. Additionally, conventional approaches to dissemination, and forms of presentation, of research delimit access to knowledge.  In this panel, we present work that challenges these approaches and debate the possibilities of adopting different types of knowledge, multimedia methods and activist engagement.
