The Centre for Public Administration & Public Policies (CAPP) is a research unit of the School of Social and Political Sciences of the University of Lisbon, the largest and leading university in Portugal. CAPP is dedicated to the study of Public Policies and its applied research is based on a multidisciplinary approach stemming from area studies, international relations, political science, public administration, economics, sociology, anthropology, media studies, psychology and management. With over 90 doctorate researchers, CAPP builds on an extensive network of associate researchers and students to develop its research. Geographically, CAPP’s research focuses particularly on the Lusophone countries: Angola, Brazil, Cabo Verde, East Timor, Guinea-Bissau, Mozambique, Portugal, São Tomé and Principe.
