3rd International EADI Summer School 2005

Registration Information

Who is the Summer School open to

    • PhD. students with a Masters in International Relations, European Studies, Development Studies, Economics, Political Science, Sociology and other relevant backgrounds
    • Masters students in the last phase of their studies, preferably involved in writing their thesis on a subject related to the theme of the Summer School.
    • Professionals from NGOs, Governmental organisations, aid organisations, research institutes, scientific and other relevant foundations

Costs

The fees for PhD. and Master Students is 150 €, those for professionals 400 €. This is if they apply and if the money has been transferred before the 15th July 2005. An extra charge of 50 € will be asked after the deadline.

The fee includes participation to all lectures and workshops, the reader and other material, refreshments during lectures, a welcome dinner and a farewell party.

The fee excludes other meals than mentioned, accommodation, travel costs, the facultative trip to Southern Moravia).

Subventions

Students from developing and CEE countries may obtain a subvention covering a part of their fee, accomodation or travel expenses. Please indicate your interest and reason in the application form.

    • 25th May - 25th June 
      Reception of application forms

      Duly filled
      • your current CV (Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat) and
      • your photo (not exceeding 150 KB, if not included in the CV)

are to be sent via e-mail to iss2005(AT)vse.cz.

Any applications received after 25th June will be treated separately within the number of free places.

    • 26 June - 30th June
      Selection of participants

Selection of participants will take place on the basis of relevant background, thematic interest and country of origin. Selected participants will be awared via e-mail.

    • July 1st - 15th July
      Reception of payments

Fees and/or accomodation are to be paid via bank transfer from 1st July to 15th July to the Summer School bank account:
